Ice Cream, Community, and Summer Fun: A Tradition on the Peninsula

Every year, I look forward to a special tradition that brings smiles to faces of all ages—the annual ice cream truck visit to the peninsula! This event has become my way of saying thank you to the amazing community here for their continued support over the years. Whether you're a new resident or have lived here for 60 years, this is a celebration of the summer season and the strong bonds we share.

The Peninsula is more than just a beautiful place to live—it’s filled with incredible people who make it feel like home. Each summer, local bands bring their music to the area, creating a vibrant, festive atmosphere. We love to piggyback on that energy by bringing the ice cream truck and handing out free ice cream to everyone in the community.

It’s a small gesture, but one that brings so much happiness. Ice cream is one of those simple joys in life that transcends age and time. Whether you’re a young child or a long-time resident, the sight of the ice cream truck rolling up brings pure joy. It’s a reminder of summer’s magic and the joy of being part of this incredible community.

This tradition is just one of the ways I love to give back and show my appreciation for the support I've received in both my real estate work and throughout the years. It’s not just about transactions—it’s about building relationships and celebrating the people who make this area so special.

So, thank you to the Peninsula for your continued support. I am grateful to be a part of this community, and I look forward to many more summers of ice cream, music, and memories. Here's to another year of happiness and celebration!
